About Your Instructor
Samantha Shea is a mover, dancer, and coach who has travelled across Canada & the US, training, studying, and coaching various forms of movement as an expressive art as well as a means for fitness and wellness.
She is a certified Flexibility Coach with Deflying Fitness (Toronto) & Can Fit Pro, a certified Level 2 MOVNAT instructor, and has extensive training in Anatomy, Biomechanics, Myofascial Release, and more.
For nearly a decade she trained and coached aerial acrobatics in Toronto, but has fallen back in love with dance. Her specialties are natural movement, flexibility, and commercial heels dance.
